My approach encompasses various therapeutic modalities, including person-centred therapy, Gestalt therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Transactional Analysis. Sessions are typically held once a week, either in person or online, and each session lasts for 50 minutes. The cost for each session is £50, and I kindly request that payments be made 24 hours in advance. I also offer concessions for those in need; please contact me directly to discuss your specific circumstances.

I work from private room located in Canterbury City Centre (close to bus/train station and parking), and see clients from the surrounding areas. I will provide location details when we arrange our counselling sessions.
